Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of FlockHarbor by a church and the people it invites. By creating a church workspace you agree to them on behalf of that church.
Last updated 9 October 2026
1. Who we are
FlockHarbor is provided by Orkora Technologies Limited (RC 9697234), 3 Olayinka Street, off Quarry Road, Ibara, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Orkora Technologies” mean that company, and “the church” means the church or ministry that created the workspace. The person who creates the workspace confirms they are authorised to accept these terms for the church.
2. The service
FlockHarbor is software for running a church: member records, first-timer follow-up, services and attendance, small groups, volunteers, giving and pledges, pastoral care, announcements, reports, a public church page, a welcome form and a member portal. We may improve, add to or retire features over time. Where a change removes something a church relies on, we will give reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and access
- The church controls who has access to its workspace through staff accounts and roles. The church is responsible for keeping those credentials safe and for what its staff do with them.
- Members invited to the member portal see only their own profile, giving history and pledges.
- You must not share an account, attempt to access another church's data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. Plans, fees and billing
- The Community plan is free. Paid plans (Growth, Multiply and Scale) are priced per month or per year in Nigerian naira for churches in Nigeria and in US dollars elsewhere. A yearly plan is charged at ten months.
- Fees are collected by card through Paystack and renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel the plan at any time from Settings; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the paid period.
- Each plan has an active-member allowance. When a church grows past it, nothing is removed: the church has a 14-day grace period to upgrade before new members can no longer be added.
- If a renewal fails we keep the plan active for 7 days while the payment is retried, then the workspace returns to the Community plan with all data intact. Pastoral care, once unlocked, is never taken away.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from the next renewal.
5. Online giving
Online giving runs through the church's own Paystack account. Gifts go directly from the giver to the church; we never hold or route church funds and are not a party to any donation. The church is responsible for its Paystack agreement, for receipts and for any tax reporting on gifts it receives.
6. The church's data
- Everything a church enters into FlockHarbor (members, guests, attendance, giving, care records, messages) belongs to the church. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice.
- The church is responsible for having the right to enter personal information about its people and for telling them how it will be used.
- The church can export its records as spreadsheets at any time. On written request after a workspace is closed we will delete the church's data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep FlockHarbor available at all times but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside Sunday mornings in West Africa where possible. Support is by email at and we aim to reply within two working days.
8. Suspension and ending the agreement
The church may close its workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, is used to harm people, or has unpaid fees after reasonable notice. Where we close a workspace for a reason other than misuse we will give at least 30 days' notice and the church may export its data first.
9. Liability
FlockHarbor is provided as described in these terms and we do not promise it will be error free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to a church in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees that church paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be heard by the courts of Ogun State, Nigeria.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email to the church's administrators at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the updated terms.
